Kindergarten Registration is to be completed online by visiting the district’s Kindergarten Registration page.
To complete this registration, you’ll need your child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization records and Medicare information. You must also complete the school entry permit, EYE-DA consent form and ASD-W consent form. All registration forms and documents can be dropped off at the school, preferred, or emailed to the Administrative Assistant at margaret.morabito@nbed.nb.ca if you are unable to attend in person. If you’re dropping the forms off, please call the office at 506-357-4074 to make an appointment.
